Complete Training
Student completes their Ijad Ghar course and passes the formal MapTheSkills assessment with a strong grade (A or B grade preferred for placement).

MapTheSkills reviews top performers from each cohort and formally recommends suitable graduates to industry partner organisations through official communication.

Internship Begins
The industry partner signs the Internship MOU with MapTheSkills. The student begins their internship under supervision, with clear objectives, timelines and evaluation criteria.

Progress Monitoring
MapTheSkills monitors internship progress through regular check-ins with both the intern and the employer. Any issues are resolved promptly to protect both parties.

Internship Certificate
Upon successful completion, the intern receives an official Internship Completion Certificate co-signed by MapTheSkills and the industry partner — a powerful addition to any portfolio.

Industry Internship MOU
All industry placements are governed by a formal Internship MOU signed between MapTheSkills and the host organisation. This document defines the rights, responsibilities and expectations of all parties — protecting both the intern and the employer. Key items covered by the MOU include:
