The National Vision

Expansion Plan

Ijad Ghar is not just a Lahore project or a Punjab project — it is a national mission. Our phased expansion plan takes Ijad Ghar to every province, every district and every tehsil of Pakistan by 2028 and beyond.

Province by Province

Four Phases. One Pakistan.

Ijad Ghar expands systematically — establishing strong roots in Punjab first, then carrying the proven model to Sindh, Balochistan and KPK in successive years.

2026
Phase 1
Punjab — The Foundation Year
Every District · Every Tehsil · Full Province Coverage
Punjab is where Ijad Ghar was born — and where we will build the foundations of the national network. Our 2026 goal is to establish active Ijad Ghar training centres across every single district and tehsil of Punjab. With 36 districts and over 150 tehsils, this phase will prove the model at scale — creating the operational, administrative and quality assurance systems that will power national expansion. MapTheSkills headquarters in Lahore (Gulberg III) serves as the national command centre for this phase.

Phase 2
Sindh — Urban & Semi-Urban Expansion
Major Cities · Industrial Districts · Coastal Areas
With Punjab's model proven and operational, Ijad Ghar moves to Sindh in 2027 — Pakistan's second-largest province and home to its largest city, Karachi. The Sindh expansion focuses on major urban centres first, then extends to semi-urban and rural districts. Sindh's diverse economy — from manufacturing and shipping to agriculture and fishing — offers rich opportunities for vocational training across all 14 Ijad Ghar course categories.

Phase 3
Balochistan — Reaching the Underserved
Remote Communities · CPEC Towns · Coastal Districts
Balochistan is Pakistan's largest province by area — and one of its most underserved in terms of education and employment infrastructure. Ijad Ghar's expansion into Balochistan is one of our most important social missions. We will prioritise major urban centres first, then use mobile training models and NGO partnerships to reach remote communities. Balochistan's strategic importance through CPEC creates real employment demand for skilled workers — demand that Ijad Ghar is uniquely positioned to meet.

KPK — Mountains to Markets
Full Provincial Network · Tribal Districts · Border Communities
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa presents a unique landscape for vocational education — from the bustling urban centres of Peshawar and Abbottabad to the remote mountain communities of the former FATA region. Ijad Ghar's KPK expansion will emphasise traditional crafts, construction skills, agriculture and digital freelancing — building on KPK's existing strengths while opening new doors for its youth in emerging sectors.

Beyond Physical Centres

The Digital Future of Ijad Ghar

As the physical network expands, Ijad Ghar will simultaneously build its digital infrastructure — enabling remote learning, mobile access and national jobs connectivity for graduates across all provinces.

📱
Ijad Ghar Mobile App
A dedicated mobile application for student enrolment, attendance tracking, learning resources and certificate verification — accessible from anywhere in Pakistan.
🎓
Online Learning Modules
Theory components of courses will be available online — allowing students in areas without a physical centre to complete preparatory modules before in-person practical sessions.
💼
National Jobs Board
A dedicated jobs board connecting Ijad Ghar certified graduates directly with employer partners across Pakistan — matching skills with opportunities in real time.
National Accreditation

NAVTTC Registration

A key milestone in Ijad Ghar's roadmap is formal registration with the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) — Pakistan's apex body for vocational and technical education. NAVTTC registration will give Ijad Ghar certificates national government recognition, making them acceptable to employers, educational institutions and international organisations. It will also open Ijad Ghar to government funding, skill development schemes and public-private partnership opportunities at the national level.

NAVTTC Benefits
Government-recognised certificates
Access to national skills funding
Eligibility for public-private schemes
Higher employer credibility
International qualification equivalency
Provincial government collaboration
Federal training subsidy programs
