About Ijad Ghar
Pakistan's vocational education and innovation hub — built on collaboration, accountability and the belief that every young person deserves practical skills and a clear path to employment.
The Name That Means Invention
The name Ijad Ghar translates to "House of Invention" in Urdu — a place where youth come not just to learn, but to create, build and innovate. The name reflects our belief that every young person has the potential to invent something meaningful, given the right environment and support.
Ijad Ghar is a flagship vocational education project of MapTheSkills (Pvt.) Ltd. — Pakistan's registered platform for skills, learning and employment. We operate through a unique collaborative model: partnering with existing schools and institutions to deliver practical, certified training after school hours, at an affordable fixed monthly fee.
We are not just a training centre. We are a living ecosystem connecting schools, trainers, industries, NGOs and youth under one structured, accountable and scalable platform — with a plan to reach every district and tehsil of Pakistan.
In Urdu, "Ijad" means invention or innovation and "Ghar" means home or house. Together, Ijad Ghar means a home of invention — a safe, supportive space where young minds come to discover their skills, create new things and build their futures.
Our Core Values
The Collaborative Model
Ijad Ghar operates as a franchise-style collaborative network — no new buildings, no wasted resources. We bring training to existing spaces, connecting three essential parties: MapTheSkills as the certifying body, partner schools as the infrastructure, and qualified vocational trainers as the knowledge deliverers.
Other projects under MapTheSkills include Sabrang Studioz (creative arts), ILLC (language learning) and X Trend Spark (digital entrepreneurship).
Be Part of the Movement
Whether you are a student seeking skills, a school owner ready to collaborate or an industry partner looking for trained graduates — Ijad Ghar has a place for you.
