How It Works
The Collaboration Model
Three parties. One shared goal. Ijad Ghar brings together MapTheSkills, partner schools and qualified trainers into a structured, transparent and accountable ecosystem that delivers real skills and real results.
The Three Pillars

Step by Step
How a Training Centre Comes to Life
1
School Onboarding
A private school owner applies to become an Ijad Ghar partner. MapTheSkills reviews the application, visits the premises and signs the Institution Partnership MOU. CCTV installation is confirmed and a dedicated bank account is opened.
2
Course Selection & Trainer Matching
Based on local demand and available trainers, MapTheSkills and the partner school agree on which course categories to launch. Qualified trainers are identified, contracted and briefed on curriculum and standards.
3
Student Registration & Enrolment
Students register through the Ijad Ghar platform or on-site at the school. The fixed monthly fee is collected and deposited into the school's dedicated Ijad Ghar bank account. Enrolment lists are submitted to MapTheSkills.
4
Course Delivery (CCTV Monitored)
The trainer delivers sessions in the school's classrooms after school hours. Attendance is tracked, monthly progress reports are submitted and CCTV footage is available to MapTheSkills upon request for quality assurance.
5
Revenue Distribution (Phase 1)
Monthly fees are distributed: 50% to the trainer, 35% to the partner school and 15% to MapTheSkills. All transactions are documented and transparent. Adjustments apply in subsequent phases as the network matures.
6
Assessment (Conducted by MapTheSkills)
At course completion, MapTheSkills conducts the formal assessment independently — NOT the trainer. This ensures neutrality and credibility. Assessment comprises Practical (60%), Written (30%) and Attendance (10%).
7
Certification & Placement
Students who pass receive official Ijad Ghar / MapTheSkills certificates. Top performers are connected with industry partners for internships and employment. Failed students receive one free re-attempt opportunity.
Financial Transparency
Revenue Split — Phase 1
How Every Rupee Is Distributed
Ijad Ghar operates on a transparent revenue-sharing model. Every course fee collected is distributed among the three parties according to the agreed split. This model ensures all parties are fairly rewarded and incentivised to deliver quality training.

Assessment & Certification
Independent Assessment — Conducted by MapTheSkills
📝 Written Component — 30%
Theory-based written test assessing the student's conceptual understanding of the course subject matter. Conducted in the school premises under formal examination conditions.
🔨 Practical Component — 60%
Hands-on practical demonstration of the skills taught throughout the course. This is the primary component, reflecting Ijad Ghar's emphasis on real-world applicable skills over theory.
📅 Attendance Component — 10%
Consistent attendance is a professional and academic requirement. This component rewards students who actively committed to their learning journey throughout the full course duration.
🔁 Re-attempt Policy
Students who do not pass the assessment on their first attempt receive one free re-attempt opportunity. This ensures students are not permanently disadvantaged by a single poor performance.
