Why We Work With NGOs
Reaching the Unreached
Commercial training models, no matter how affordable, do not reach everyone. Some communities face barriers — economic, geographic, social or structural — that prevent their youth from accessing even the most basic skill-building opportunities.
That is why Ijad Ghar actively partners with NGOs, welfare organisations and civil society groups. Where NGO funding covers the training fee, we provide full-quality Ijad Ghar training and certification — same curriculum, same standards, same certificate — to beneficiaries who would otherwise never have access.
Together, we build a Pakistan where no young person is left behind simply because of where they were born or what they were born into.

Partnership Models
Two Ways We Collaborate
Ijad Ghar offers NGOs two distinct collaboration models — each designed to maximise social impact within the NGO's mandate and budget.
01
Subsidised Training Programme
NGO-funded | Full Ijad Ghar quality & certification
The NGO covers the cost of training fees for a defined group of beneficiaries. Ijad Ghar delivers the full course at a partner school, with the same curriculum, trainer standards, CCTV monitoring and formal assessment that all other Ijad Ghar students receive. Beneficiaries graduate with exactly the same officially recognised certificate.

02
Joint Community Programme
Co-designed | Shared implementation
For NGOs with existing community infrastructure and field teams, Ijad Ghar co-designs a customised programme aligned with the NGO's mandate and beneficiary needs. Both organisations share responsibilities — the NGO brings field reach, community trust and beneficiary identification, while Ijad Ghar provides curriculum, trainers, certification and quality assurance.
