We discover talent through auditions, competitions and scouting events — ensuring every voice and genre receives attention. Documentary ideas are submitted through a formal proposal. After research and feasibility assessment, the Content Review Board evaluates cultural relevance and authenticity. Approved projects proceed through pre-production, production and post-production phases — with final review before release.
